Apartment complex in Beech Grove/ Greenwood area?

Does anyone know of an Apartment complex in Indianapolis that is easy to get into? Credit is not all that great. I have an old eviction from about 7 years ago. I am afraid this is going to hurt me. Lease is up in 2 months, and looking to move south. Perfer Greenwood/ Beech Grove area. Thanks :)
