Was Cheney lying about China drilling of the US coast or was it an honest miskate?

Not surprising coming from Cheney or Bush. It's not like they don''t have some serious financial interests tied up in the oil business. The policies he is trying to scare us into would probably rake in more millions for Cheney and his friends in the oil business.
