I keep thinking all negative things, worries and getting anxious even when there is no reason. My marriage is?

great but still keep imagining things and worrying. The smallest things trigger me so bad that I start losing sleep. My latest worry is that will I fall sick because of my stress? Am I killing myself? What should I do..have tried yoga, relaxation everything...if bad thought comes to mind then I am gone for many many days, I keep thinking, ask questions abt it on anonymous forums, ask friends...oh God I need help..do I?
