How do I get this guy to stop liking me / leave me alone?!?!?

ughhh. he started liking me last year when we were friends. he asked me out with this little poem and i said no. then he called me a ***** and that i was ugly ect., and started to harr this guy that liked me / that i liked back. then after a while he asked me out again and i said no. then he once again called me a ***** and that i was ugly ect., then he told one of his friends he wanted to me. my guy friend over heard this and told me. then he asked to meet up and have with him i said NO! then he called the guy i used to like a f**. ect., then he added me onto his top friends on myspace ect., and just sent me this picture comment saying "hey usted est� mirando buen lol del beb�" well I dont know spanish so I looked it up online and it says "hey you are looking good lol *something something* baby. HOW DO I GET HIM TO LEAVE ME ALONE?!?! HE KNOWS I DONT LIKE HIM!
