What load resistancce will maximise the power extracted from a voltage source with output resistance 600ohm?

Alright, I don't really want the numerical answer (though that would help!) - I have this question on a past paper, and can't find out how to work it out! I have looked everywhere, but I have no mention of this in my notes or text book. How can you work out the answer?
