you can tell him you saw his profile if he makes it public then that's his fault. I'm sure he is not serious (I would hope) because who would say that? I don't think you need to report it unless it really offends you or you think he is serious, but I would just say hey I saw your facebook where do you work again? and just tell him you don't think its funny and if the wrong persosn saw that he could be in a lot of trouble.
