Best team in NCAA Football???

well going into last half of season one could argue usc,ga,and okies were playing the best ball but during bowls okies just came in over confident like always and were blown out out by wv which now one could argue they are one of the top teams, but ga was a overmatched in hawaii but still they were still great and usc just showed how they can beat a weaker team again so nothing impressive there so i think usc around 5th best, but tonights game suppose to prove whos the best but both are really not proven anything, tonights game is just a back in game, but ga is on top i feel they could beat anyone, wv when all healthy is 2, kansas 3, mizz 4, usc 5
