I'm 21 weeks pregnant,i'm having pressure on the lower side of my abdomen?

whn i concieved for my daughter 3 years back i used to feel the bay getting up into my ribs,but this time,whn i stand even for half an hour i start feeling pressure on the lower side,tell me why is it so?
