Why do the crowd seem so dead with the WWE women.?

I mean first you have EVE, remember 2 years ago she was just all looks or all sweet little girl? well now she actually wrestles and she's on her way where Trish/lita/jacueline/sable at.. I mean you take a look back at their first couple of years right?....But yeah the fans just seemed kind of BLAH even Maryse got more cheers than Gail kim(face) I have to admit her in ring was kind of clumsy or floppy. But what was the matter with them for now showing them hard working WRESTLERS their respect?
