Can my daughter get a free bus p to get to school?

We live in the Wigan area and she has been suicidal due to being bullied at school. I have been in to see the teachers several times and they say they haven't seen any bullying. Consequently I feel I need to move her to another school in the area which is about 2 miles away from where we live. I am a lone parent and can't work due to disability. Who can I contact about this? I've already rang the bus company who couldn't help.
