How would you prepare pork loin & sauteed mushrooms and a sauce to go over rice noodles?

ok, we've got some pork loin, mushrooms and rice noodles. we'd like to make something yummy with it! including a sauce for the noodles.. we have beef broth, flour, lots of orted spices, some sour cream, milk, etc and we can make a quick trip to the store for the right recipe ;) please help us make dinner :D
