I have a bad job as a security guard and they always mess up people pay how do i prove its on the company?

i dont know what to do or how 2 prove it becouse i make my own time card and theay do this 2 every body at the job on pay day and the next day every body is in the office saying the same thing there money im messed up here missing money and people cant gust get a job easy in detroit the name on this place is strategic protection we all need help if you can what do we do
