My 14 month old son has strange lumps back of his head?

i have a 14 month old son, that for several months now i have noticed on either far side of his neck towards the base of his skull are two what almost seems to be squishy '''' very small. smaller than a dime i would guess. im uming some sort of glands seeing that i can move them if i try. kind of freaking me out because i dont have them, neither does my husband or other child. my son also has a very misshapen head and a large dent at the back of his head due to plates growing together too fast, its not noticable and doctors say its somewhat normal (husband also has dent in head) but these gland like are worrying me....anyone have any idea?
