My son aged 16+ is studying 11th in non med.stream. how I Can creat interest for studies in him ?

HE SEES TV ,RIDE BIKE FOR HRS. BUT WHEN HE SEES BOOK HE STARTS SLEEPING.HE DOES NOT EAT EVERYTHING EXCEPT MILK ,CURD ,SPICES THINGS ETC.
