PLEASE ANSWER! I have a question about my dog.?

Hello, I have a teacup yorkie and she is 3 years old. She is turning 4 this year in August. I have a concern. She has two lumps on her lower belly almost near her ual part. They are sort of "squishy." She has also been sleeping A LOT lately and scabs appear on her skin out of no where. They usually appear on her side next to her front legs or on her chest/belly but I have cleaned those and they haven't grown back. Please answer because it is an emergency. I would really like to know what is wrong with her or if it is normal. THANKS IN ADVANCE.
