Reporting police officers! in TX! help?

well im 16 and have had 2 officers recently yell at me and tell me to shut up while making angry suggestive hand movements, along with a bunch of pointing and name calling. (i was reported as a runaway)i am home now and had another officer come to my house, i answered the door and he promptly began to yell and tell my mother that he would "be glad and come right over if my mom decides to beat the crap out of me." i was wondering if they are allowed to say things like that, along with telling me to shut up and vulgar language used. is there anything i can do, petition against certain officers, or anything? Ft. Worth Police department is known for abusing their power.
