Should i bike or swim due to injury??????????????????????

Well, I'm a competitive swimmer. I know that it's really great for all of your muscles, including your chin. I think it would feel relaxing and fun. Plus, there's a variety of excercises you can do in the water such as water walking, treading, swimming laps, kicking using the kick board, and so much more! I hope you choose swimming. It's great for you, and fun too!
