Afraid house we are moving into is haunted?

It was built in 1953, when we saw it, the realtor,my parents and I went outside. Like while we were out there we heard the alarm chime as if someone opened a door. The realtor freaked out and ran inside asking if anyone was there, but nothing. And the house just seems eerie, we have a contract signed and might move in by next month.
