I have a bad problem and need you guys help about where i'm living!!!?

I moved to this rental home on March 15th this year,so i have only been here 1 month.I paid my rent and deposit(not being cheap i might add)when i signed the lease...the "Property mang."told me she would fix things,quickly...like our inground pool(it looked like a black swamp),also we did not know the garage leaked (huge like a workshop)well 7days after we moved in...there came the rain and all my kids things and all our family pictures(not replaceable runied). I called her,she said i should have renters insurance...i just was fully moved in by the 17th of march.She was rude.Then i waited two weeks on my fridge and stove.....finally got it after muti-calls. My stuff gone,i have 5 kids,im a 33 year old mom and very upset at this matter.The heat downstairs didnt work either and said she would fix it...but nothing has been done,that was when it was colder,now the air units dont work! I finally got tired and called the health dept. on her and code enforcement as well.They did not take it lightly.They took pictures and served her papers.Then she had a two of her workers here draining my pool,it smelled horrible,and looked worse! That was this last Thursday...well they left there things in my back yard and never came back,i called and looked up the real home owner(he lives in cali.)he said he gets her to deal with the problems and he also knew i called code on them for the property not being taken care of...so he was mad.But shouldn't i be the mad person here,i mean my kids can't do nothing,no pool(big hole in the ground now)and little backyard.I went to move some jugs the so called pool guys left on the premises out of the way from my dogs and small children,well when i went to move those...it was dark outside and i didnt know the lid was not screwed on and it was acid....it poured down my left arm like a waterfall,i inhaled fumes...couldnt breathe right,felt dizzy...called 911 and fire dept. and ambulance came...they kept pouring bags of soultion on my arm,i got acid burns..this was the night of the 12th....so i had to go to the hospital,have oxygen and be in the intensive care burn unit,stayed two days...was released,told to leave my whole left arm bandaged til my appt.follow-up in 7 days.Well while that took place,my husband was home with our kids(we have no family here)there was a letter in the mail telling me i had 10days to move out because my dogs done all this damage inside and out of the home.If i didn't leave in 10 days...she would have me put out!!! Really,i took pictures of this property when i moved in,i also have code enforcement to back those pictures and more up.Plus my dogs are on the lease...and have not bothered anything at this home.That's adding insult to injury.There are 7 in my family total,my next rent is not due til the 5th of May,she said she would give me my deposit back...and wants me out May 1st.What is she crazy!!!! I'm sitting here in pain and she feeds me a load of crap/it's hot as all get out in the house now.I found this house on Craigslist,and it stated pool/huge garage included(I MEAN I PAYING FULL RENT WITHOUT ANY EXTRAS).Oh also she sent with her other little two page letter...something that looks bogus,with a Memphis Police seal,it's copied.Saying i was barred from the premises where i have to pay my rent.I always paid her there in cash and got a print out recepit with her signing it.Also the same letter has written on it,that it was hand delivered(NOT),put in my mail box and also under the hand deliver it says a copy was sent out VIA US CERTIFIED MAILwith a tracking #...but i looked up the tracking # online and does not exist.Please help with some answers,it's hard to just pick up and move again and pay another 2,400.00 first months rent and deposit.Plus it cost 50.00 just to turn the lights on and i just had all my custom cable installed. I'm not rich,but i do pay my bills and this is not fair to me or my kids!! Please try to guide me through this.
